Orders

How can I pay?

We accept PayPal at checkout. You can pay with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, with a debit or credit card through PayPal.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

How does "Any 3 for $45" work?

Add any 3 or more rolls to your cart and each roll drops from $15.99 to $15, so 3 rolls are $45 and 4 are $60. You can mix designs. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, with no code needed.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. After you place your order, we'll email you a confirmation with your order details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us at support@wraplulu.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may already be with our warehouse, and we can't guarantee changes. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed, but you can return it.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to the contiguous US: the 48 states and Washington, DC. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the US.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $30 or more: that's any 2 rolls. Below $30, standard shipping is $5.99. Expedited shipping is $4.99 on orders of $30 or more, and $10.99 below that.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from a fulfillment center in the US, 12 hours after you order, so you have time to make changes. After that, Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–6 business days and Expedited in 2–3 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

Do you charge sales tax?

Our prices don't include sales tax. Where tax applies, it's calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Returns and problems

What's your return policy?

You can return unused rolls within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: we'll send you a prepaid return label. If you changed your mind, the original shipping charge isn't refunded. See our Refund policy for the details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@wraplulu.com with your order number and the rolls you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.

When will I get my refund?

We issue your refund within 48 business hours after we receive and inspect your return. It goes back to your original payment method through PayPal.

My order arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong, or never arrived.

We're sorry! Email us at support@wraplulu.com with your order number (and a photo, if you can). You choose: we'll send you a free replacement, or give you a full refund, including shipping.

About the rolls

How big is each roll?

Every roll is 17.5 in wide and 25 ft long: approx. 36 sq ft of paper.

How many rolls are in a pack?

One roll per pack.

What's the paper like?

80g paper with a glossy finish.

Are the rolls double-sided?

Some are. Reversible rolls have a second print on the back. The others have a white back with dashed cut lines. Each product page shows which one you're getting.

Which side is on the outside of the roll?

The front print.

Do any of the rolls have foil?

Yes: Silver & Gold Trees has gold foil details.

Are the ribbons in the photos included?

No. Each pack is one roll of wrapping paper. Ribbons, tags and other props in our photos are just for styling.

Wrapping tips

How many gifts will one roll wrap?

It depends on the size of your gifts. A shoebox-sized gift (about 13 × 7 × 4 in) takes a piece about 17.5 × 24 in, so one roll wraps about 12 of them.

How do I use the cut lines?

On rolls with a white back, the dashed grid helps you measure and cut straight. Unroll the paper print side down, set your gift on the grid to measure, and cut along a line.
