Refund policy

If something isn't right with your order, here's how returns, refunds and replacements work at Wraplulu. This policy applies to orders shipped to the contiguous United States.

Returns

You can return your order within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible, rolls must be unused and in the condition you received them.

Return shipping is free: we'll send you a prepaid return label.

How to start a return

Email us at support@wraplulu.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and the rolls you'd like to return.
We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Pack the rolls securely, attach the label and drop the package off with the carrier.

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can send you the right label.

Refunds

We issue your refund within 48 business hours after we receive and inspect your return.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the refund to show in your account.

If a roll was part of a bundle offer, the refund is the discounted price you paid for it.

If you're returning rolls because you changed your mind, the original shipping charge isn't refunded. If the problem is on our side (see below), we refund the shipping charge too.

Damaged, misprinted, wrong or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, you receive the wrong design, or your order never arrives, email us at support@wraplulu.com with your order number (and a photo, if you can).

You choose: we'll send you a free replacement, or give you a full refund, including shipping.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your order may already be with our warehouse, and we can't guarantee we'll be able to change or cancel it.

Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.
