Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the Wraplulu online store (the "Site") or buy from it. The Site is operated by Yiwu Ruancai E-commerce Co., Ltd. ("Wraplulu", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy are part of these Terms.

Using the Site

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian place it with you.

You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works, for example by trying to get around its security or by using bots to place orders.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colors can look different on different screens. Some photos show the paper in a styled scene: ribbons, tags and other props aren't included. Each product page says what's in the pack.

Prices, offers and payment

Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Shipping charges are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy.

Offers such as "Any 3 for $45" are applied automatically in your cart. We may change or end an offer at any time; a change won't affect orders already placed.

We accept payment through PayPal. When you pay, PayPal's own terms also apply.

If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after we've confirmed it.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's an error in a price or description. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Changes and cancellations you ask for are covered in our Refund policy.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns, refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including our prints, photos, text, and the Wraplulu name and logo, belong to Wraplulu or to those who license them to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying our paper lets you use it to wrap gifts; it doesn't give you the right to copy or reproduce our prints or content. Please don't use them without our written permission.

Third-party services

Our store and checkout run on Shopify, payments are processed by PayPal, and orders are fulfilled through Amazon. Their services are covered by their own terms. We're not responsible for the content of other websites linked from the Site.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms or required by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This doesn't limit our Refund policy or any rights you have that can't be waived under the law where you live.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Wraplulu and its owners, employees and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim about an order won't be more than the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that we face because you broke these Terms or the law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.

General

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
