This Privacy Policy explains how Wraplulu collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our online store (the "Site"), buy from us or contact us.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Yiwu Ruancai E-commerce Co., Ltd. ("Wraplulu", "we", "us"), a company registered in China, at Unit 2, Building 95, Jiangdong Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang 322000, China. For questions about this policy, email support@wraplulu.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number.
Order details, such as your shipping and billing addresses, what you buy and your order history.
Messages you send us by email or through our contact form.
Your email address, if you sign up for our newsletter.
Account details, if you create an account.

Payment information. Payments are processed by PayPal. We don't receive or store your full card number or your PayPal password. We receive limited information from PayPal, such as confirmation that your payment went through.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect information about your device and your visit through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, items you add to your cart, the site or ad that brought you here, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

How we use your information

To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns, refunds and replacements.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates and other messages about your orders.
To answer your questions and provide customer support.
To send you marketing emails, if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
To show you ads for Wraplulu on other sites and apps, and to measure how our ads perform.
To understand how people use the Site and make it better.
To detect and prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
To meet our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

How we share your information

We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

Shopify, which hosts our store and runs our checkout.
PayPal, which processes payments.
Amazon, which stores our inventory and packs and ships orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Amazon receives your name, shipping address, phone number (if you give one) and the items in your order.
Shipping carriers, which deliver your package.
Advertising and analytics partners: TikTok, Pinterest and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use their pixels and tools on the Site. They collect information about your visit and what you do on the Site, such as pages viewed, items added to your cart and purchases, and may receive your contact details in hashed form so they can match you with their users. They use this to show you our ads and measure how the ads perform, and may also use it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies.
Authorities and others when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our customers or others.
A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.

Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Targeted advertising and your choices

Under some US state privacy laws, our use of advertising pixels may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time:

Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. Where the law requires it, we treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out for that browser.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the ad settings that TikTok, Pinterest and Meta offer.

Cookies

We use cookies that the Site needs to work, for example to remember what's in your cart, plus the analytics and advertising cookies described above. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you block the cookies the Site needs, parts of it, like the cart and checkout, may not work.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it;
correct it;
delete it;
opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email support@wraplulu.com. We'll need to confirm your identity, usually by matching the email address on your order. You can also use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that they can act for you. We'll respond within the time the law requires. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we'll tell you the result of your appeal.

Children

The Site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it. We don't sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to run our business, for example to handle returns and customer service, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

International transfers

We're based in China, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may be stored in, accessed from and processed in the United States, China and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from the place where you live.

Security

We use trusted providers, like Shopify and PayPal, that protect information with industry-standard safeguards. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
