Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States: the 48 states and Washington, DC.

We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: free on orders of $30 or more (that's any 2 rolls). Below $30, it's $5.99.
Expedited shipping: $4.99 on orders of $30 or more. Below $30, it's $10.99.

The $30 threshold is based on your order subtotal after discounts. You'll see the shipping options and prices at checkout before you pay.

Where orders ship from

Every order ships from a fulfillment center in the United States.

Delivery time

Orders are held for 12 hours so you can make changes, then ship from our fulfillment center in the US. After that, Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–6 business days and Expedited in 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). These are estimates, and we can't guarantee a delivery date. Weather, carrier delays and the holiday rush can add time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Sales tax

Our prices don't include sales tax. Where tax applies, it's calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at support@wraplulu.com within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be with our warehouse, and we can't guarantee we can change the address.

Damaged, wrong or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, or never arrives, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping: your choice. Our Refund policy explains how to let us know.
